Anyone who has done a renovation project knows the mess that comes with it. At ELCO, we work closely with the contractor to ensure that any cleaning performed is done in a timely manner. We begin by assessing the condition of the new home, once assessed we will provide a time frame as to when the cleaning will be performed.
The post construction cleaning consists of but is not limited to the following:
- Vacuuming the carpets.
- Disposing the trash.
- Countertop’s cleaning.
- Moping hard floors.
- Cleaning and removing any debris from the windows.
- Wiping down the mirrors.
- Dust the ceilings and ceiling fans.
- Dusting handrails and banisters
